Citrus Crunch with Persimmons, Burrata and Cashew Butter
Ingredients
1 bag Taylor Farms Citrus Crunch Chopped Kit
1 pack of Burrata
½ cup of dried cranberries
1 jar of cashew butter
2 persimmons
Directions
Take a large serving plate and smear a couple tablespoons of cashew butter on plate. You can use a kitchen basting brushing or a spoon.
Slice up the persimmons and place around the cashew spread.
In a large salad bowl toss Taylor Farms Citrus Crunch Chopped Kit with all of the components and dressing, mix well.
Place the salad in the middle of the plate on top of the cashew butter. Lastly, cut your burrata into chunks and place around the salad. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
